We crystallise the Ginger ourselves which can take days. Once the Ginger has dried we hand dip each piece into 85% Dark Chocolate. A delicious Dark chocolate sourced from Grana with 85% Coco. Handcrafted beautifully in Kinsale by our skilled chocolatiers.
The weight of the bag can vary from 95g – 100g because of it being handmade.
