“Cormac Boydell made a piece for Frank when he opened Koko Kinsale”
Development has been slow and careful creating new flavours and ideas to suit the Irish palette. We have the adaptability and contact with our customers to make small batches of their favourite tastes. Frank loves to incorporate local ingredients where possible; using honey, seaweed and herbs all gathered in the area. We also offer a fully range of take away coffee, both bean and ground for home brewing. Koko of Kinsale has been using Green bean coffee since opening our doors in 2012. We have recently welcomed Emily to the team to help develop and market Koko of Kinsale. Supplying local restaurants and more corporate work has allowed us to develop this site, which we are very pleased with. Kinsale is a small town on the south coast of Ireland, famous for many reasons. It has now become a ‘mecca’ for foodies from home and aboard, Koko add’s to this and has become a must stop on the Kinsale food tour http://kinsalefoodtours.com/
